I had duck breast in cherrry sauce - the duck was very overcooked and the skin fatty and flabby instead of crispy. The broccoli and carrots were almost raw and the famous chunky chips were just about cooked.
It's not even cheap and cheerful-£33 for 2 mains and 2 beers.
The very young barstaff are pleasant but have no clue about customer service-presumably as they have had no training-not their fault.
